What might a session together look like? Well... essentially it will be a conversation with spirit, for that is what shamanism is, it transcends all religions, connecting us all. I will light a candle, open the space for us and we will discover how best the time can serve you. The session might include the following...

Platica- shamanic consultation
Shamanic Journeying- if you are new to shamanism I will guide you, we will meet your guides and receive their love and advice for you.
Soul Retrieval- soul mending... trauma can fragment our soul, together we will find the remedy for this.
Cord Cutting- the removal of negative energies...attachments.
Guidance as needed for after the session, which will be at my healing space in E17, London or home visits locally and beyond available upon request.
